It's time to start something I've been thinking about for a long time. Building up a bike to ride to work. I know winter is here and I don't really plan on riding year round. (do to distance and the -30 weather) But the day will come when that chinook rolls in and i'll have the itch to ride! This bike will serve a lot of different rolls. Commuter. Grocery getter. Beer/wine getter and most of all it will get me home after a few pints of Guinness. I'll try to post pics of step by step of the changes I plan on doing. First is to break down to the frame and start to re-build the bike. I'll be throwing on some old school XT cranks and BB.
